Aeries Data Confirmation

Good Morning.

The first day of school is August 3, 2026. We ask that all families log into Aeries and complete the Data Confirmation process. To do this, select "Student Information" and then "Data Confirmation" after you log into Aeries. You must use a parent/guardian account. Aeries will guide you through the steps. The last page is the Emergency Form. Please print it and give it to your child's teacher on the first day of school. If you cannot print it, we can print it for you after the confirmation is finished. A parent/guardian will need to come to the school and sign it.

If you have trouble logging in, please check that you are using the correct website: https://tracylearningcenter.aeries.net/student
Many people try to use their TUSD App or website. This can cause problems. If you use the app on your cell phone, make sure it is for the correct school. Some phones may not open the handbook completely. This means you cannot finish the Data Confirmation process. Thank you for paying attention to this process.
